CHRIST-CENTERED EFT
CC-EFT is a powerful Christ-Centered tool, also referred to as “tapping,” that releases God’s healing power into your life. Tapping on specific endpoints on the body instantaneously sends a calming signal to the amygdala to let your body know it’s safe. It has been proven to effectively transform all kinds of issues, from depression, to chronic pain, stress relief, PTSD, addiction, insomnia, and so much more.
CC-EFT is a biblically-congruent and scientifically sound model of interrupting and releasing old thought patterns, negative emotions, and the perceptions of the unrenewed mind, otherwise known as “The Old Self.” According to scripture, we do this by renewing our minds to who we are in Christ. Thisin Christ identity is“The New Self” that is described in 2 Corinthians 5:17 and Ephesians 4:22–24.

We all have unresolved emotions and trauma that is stored in our bodies, otherwise known as data. For example, recall something you wish had never happened. When you think of that event, what emotion comes up for you?
If what you are feeling is anxious, nervous, confused, or down on yourself, then the energy of those unresolved emotions are still stuck in your body.
During a tapping session we discover core issues that are causing you pain and suffering and learn how to reframe how we think about those traumatic memories, or faulty beliefs from a Christ-Centered perspective. As a result, CC-EFT releases and clears those unresolved emotions, reprograms the subconscious mind, and reconfigures your nervous system. This results in powerful outcomes such as; exhilarating freedom, vibrant health, and longevity.
CHRIST-CENTERED HYPNOTHERAPY
Christ-Centered Hypnotherapy is often described as a profound healing experience. Crystal guides you on a healing journey into your subconscious.
The subconscious is an aspect of your mind that stores data from your entire life. Its job is to ensure that you respond exactly the way you’re programmed to respond. Our subconscious mind works much like a thermostat. Once the thermostat is programmed at a desired temperature, the thermostat will kick on and off according to what we’ve set it at. If the internal thermostat of our mind is set at, I am stupid, or I’m not good at much, our life experience will be exactly that. Things won’t work out for us! It will seem external, as if random events or circumstances out of our control are making our life difficult, but it’s really our internal beliefs. Circumstances don’t just happen haphazardly. Our subconscious mind works overtime to reinforce what we really believe.
James Allen, the famous author, said it like this, “The outer conditions of a person’s life will always reflect their inner beliefs.”
