Christians and Chakras

From my experience, many Christain's tend to slam the door on concepts that are not understood, or in the bible. In saying that, the word Christian is not in the Bible either but it's familiar therefore it's accepted.

While chakras are often associated with metaphysical spirituality and alternative medicine, it is worth exploring the scientific perspective rooted in biology. Understanding the biological foundation of chakras can shed light on their potential physical and psychological effects, allowing for a more comprehensive understanding of this concept beyond its spiritual connotations.

We all accept that the energy of the body that moves along the nerves. Right?! Electrical impulses happen at the cellular level, and the sparks of life, move from cell to cell and up and down a huge information highway that, we call the Nervous System.

We have the Central Nervous System made up of the brain and the spine, and we have the Peripheral Nervous System which connects the brain and spine with the rest of the body.

We also have another amazing body system called the Endocrine System that works very closely with the Nervous System. And we have a 7 major glands of the endocrine system that correspond directly with the our energy centers, called the 7 major chakras.

For example, the pituitary gland (connected to the crown chakra), the pineal gland (connected to the third eye chakra), the thyroid gland (connected to the throat chakra), the thymus gland (connected to the heart chakra), the pancreas (connected to the solar plexus chakra), and the reproductive glands (connected to the sacral and root chakras) and the adrenal glands (connected to the root).

Each of these glands plays a crucial role in regulating various bodily processes and maintaining overall balance and well-being.

Chakras are believed to serve as portals for the flow of energy within the body, with each chakra corresponding to a specific gland and governing various aspects of physical, emotional, and spiritual (energetic) aspect.

They transmit and receive energy, allowing for balance and harmony in your energy system.

Wheels of life

Chakra is a Sanskrit word most often translated as “wheels of life”. Trecho in the greek, means wheels i.e. a circuit of physical effects. Even though the word ‘chakra’ is not found in the bible it is found in the original Greek translation as wheels of life.

James 3:6 NIV, The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole body, sets the whole course (trecho) of one’s life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell.

Those that can read energy intuitively, such as myself, can see the blockages in the energy chakras. Even though you may not see it, you will feel the affects in your body.

We are more than merely physical beings. We are living souls made up of energy.

As you allow God's divine light and truth to travels through all your energy centers you will experience more wisdom, revelation, truth, love, power, fruitfulness, and life.
