By following the suggested tapping script and instructions, you can work toward overcoming self-sabotage and allow more positivity into your life.
We will be using four EFT tapping points, visualization and breath work for this script. If you haven't tapped before, start here.
Instructions:
First thing I want you to do is notice your sabotage program as an observer. How do you know you have this problem? (Example, "I can’t get my business started. I'm eating a tub of ice cream.")
Notice where you feel it.
How intense is this feeling connected to it, 0-10? (0- feeling awesome 10- feels intense)
Notice the feeling. "I feel pressure in my chest."
Notice the verbiage, the things you're saying to yourself. “I’m the biggest loser!”
Now that we gathered some information and your aware of it, let’s start tapping!!
EFT Tapping Round 1
Eyebrow point: There’s an aspect of me that doesn’t want to be successful & confident. There’s an aspect of me that thinks its dangerous to be wealthy, healthy, and wise.
Side of eye: It doesn’t feel safe to me. I need this coping mechanisms.
Under eye: This coping mechanisms of self-sabotage it loves me so much that it’s keeping me from getting hurt, its keeping me from feeling, it’s keeping me from being clear and knowing what I really want. It doesn’t want me to get hurt.
Collarbone: It doesn’t want me to open up & hurt.
There’s a part of me that doesn’t feel safe (being successful).
Put your hand on heart. Take in a deep breathe and let it out.
Imagine a jar full of butterflies … What happens when you take the lid off a jar full of butterflies? That’s right, they fly away & go free & so do you right now.
EFT Tapping Round 2
Notice the problem again. The self-doubt/self-sabotage program that you have running subconsciously. Notice the story your telling. “I will never be successful. I’m can’t. I don’t trust myself. I don’t believe in myself”
Eyebrow point: Releasing and letting go of this negative self-talk
Side of eye: All the ways I don’t believe in myself
Under eye: Letting go of the stories
Collarbone: Letting go of the program. Letting go all the way back to the beginning of this problem, all the way back to root.
I’m safe as I let this go.
Put your hand on heart. Take in a deep breathe and let it out.
EFT Tapping Round 3
Notice the problem again. The self-doubt/self -sabotage program notice the feeling, how strong it is. I want you to notice that there’s an aspect of you that doesn’t feel safe. Don’t overthink this, close your eyes, allow your subconscious mind to reveal details to you, you may see a memory, a symbol, whatever you see is perfect for you.
How old is that version of yourself? What does that part of you feel? Name the emotions, feelings.
Eyebrow point: Releasing and letting go of the emotions that are jarred.
Side of eye: Clearing them out at a cellular level.
Under eye: Clearing out the emotions.
Collarbone: Clearing and transmuting the self-sabotage program.
I’m safe that part of me is safe.
I’m new. I’m a new creation. I’m an infinite being in a body.
I’m powerful, complete and whole anything and everything in the way of that I clear & transmute right now.

EFT Tapping Round 4
Notice that part of yourself, that younger version of yourself might be a child that got in trouble which resulted in them not trusting themselves /or they didn’t feel heard or seen and they didn’t feel worthy.
Tap through 4 points: I am worthy. Letting go of being in trouble.
Fear of being in trouble.
Fear of being criticized.
I’m safe as I let it go.
I’m safe to be successful.
I’m safe to open up to life.
I’m worth being seen and heard
I’m worthy to be validated. I’m worthy of success.
Put your hand on heart. Take in a deep breathe and let it out.
Round 5
Close your eyes & Acknowledge that part of yourself (that younger version of you) with love & acceptance. Listen to them. Offer words of love as you would to your own child or grandchild. Watch their heart light up with knowledge of their true identity. Watch the light within them get bigger & brighter.
Put your hand on heart. Take in a deep breathe and let it out.
EFT Tapping Round 6
Notice the problem again. Rate it, again.
Tap through the 4 points: I’m safe to let go of the resistance.
Releasing and letting go of the ‘I can’t’.
Letting go of my judgments. All the “I should be further along” "I should be more successful”
Letting go of the patterns of berating myself.
Putting myself down.
Letting go of criticizing myself like mom & dad did.
Its time to let it go.
As I soften and breathe I let it all go.
(Deep breathe)
Letting the resistance dissolve.
Its only what i resist that persists
I’m worth letting this go

Round 7
Close your eyes. Open up your aware to your oneness with your Creator. All the answers are within you. Know that all is well.
