Start here, Instructions:
Identify the root issue by asking,
What triggers sleeplessness the most?
Where in the body did you experience the triggering due to insomnia?
What is the colour, texture, size, and shape of the triggered by insomnia?
Measure the level of sleeplessness distress on a scale of 1-10 by asking, "What number is your insomnia at? 1 my sleep routine doesn't bother me, 10 I'm bothered.
EFT Tapping Round 1
Karate Chop: Even though I can’t get to sleep because I can’t seem to shut off my thoughts, I deeply love and completely accept myself.
Karate Chop: Even though I feel angry about my sleep pattern and upset that I cannot ever feel rested, I deeply love and accept myself.
Karate Chop: Even though I’m overthinking, and can't seem to shut off my head, I deeply and completely accept myself.
Top of head: I can’t sleep.
Eyebrow: I can’t sleep.
Side of the eye: I can’t switch off my thoughts. The more I tell myself, “I can’t sleep” then I attract more sleepless nights.
Under Eye: I’m too stressed. I'm frustrated.
Under Nose: I feel uncomfortable.
Chin: I’m too anxious. I’m overthinking.
Collarbone: I have too many worries.
Underarm: I’m too stressed.
Hand on heart, take in a deep breathe.
EFT Tapping Round 2
Top of the head: I am allowing myself to let go and rest.
Eyebrow: I am allowing myself to let go of these persistent thoughts and negative thinking.
Side of Eye: I am allowing myself to let go and let God take care of me.
Under Eye: I am letting my muscles relax now.
Under Nose: I am calming down and trusting God.
Chin: I am releasing all tension.
Collarbone: I am releasing all negativity and sadness.
Underarm: I let all these tense, negative thoughts float and drift away like balloons.
Hand on heart, take in a deep breathe.
Ask yourself the following questions to notice how you feel now: What happens when you think of insomnia now? What number is your sleeplessness at?
You can stop if the number has reduced to a level that you feel happy with. If not, go back to Step 1 and repeat this process.
Notice a memory that has come up to the surface.

Undereye: I am allowing myself to drift into a restful sleep. Every muscle is relaxing.
Under Nose: I am allowing myself to fall into a deep and satisfying sleep.
Chin: As I relax I feel myself getting more and more sleepy.
Collarbone: I feel peaceful.
Underarm: I am allowed to feel peaceful and good. It’s my diving inheritance.
Top of the head: I feel sleepy.
Eyebrow: I am feeling very sleepy.
Side of the eye: I am feeling very peaceful and very sleepy.
Under the eye: I am feeling very relaxed and sleepy.
Under the nose: I am ready to fall asleep now.
Chin: As I relax I feel myself getting more and more sleepy.

Underarm: I give myself permission to have a sweet sleep.
