Step 1: Think of a color that represents a peaceful energy of God.


Step 2: Imagine there is an infinite supply of tranquility enveloping you, flowing through the top of your head. Imagine this peaceful light flow downward, filling all parts of your body filling in every space. Take a moment to bask in the calmness of this healing light.


Step 3: Send that infinite healing light through the bottem of your feet into the earth. Connecting with that earth energy that feels like support. Imagine that earth energy coming back up through the bottems of your feet filling up your body. Connecting you from above and below.
